Shipping Policy
Order Verification & Approval
Once your order is completed with payment in full, we will contact our certified mechanics to verify that the item you purchased is in stock, in good condition, and ready to ship. We will send you images of the part immediately after it is taken off the vehicle for your review.
The approval period is no more than 7 working days after the date your order is completed and paid. You are required to review and approve the photos within 2 working days.
Delivery & Tracking
We will make all efforts possible to deliver the item to your specified address within 5 working days following the date you have approved the photos. Two days after the item is shipped, we will notify you via the email address supplied with the freight company details and tracking information.

Shipping Guidelines
- Non-Freight Items: Items such as speedometers or ABS units can be shipped directly to the address where your debit or credit card is billed.
- Freight Items: Larger items (transmissions, engines, etc.) must be shipped to commercial or business addresses.
- Business Requirements: We require the full business name, address, name of a contact person at the location, and their direct telephone number/email address.
- Communication: We request authorization to speak directly with the contact person at the delivery location to confirm any details required regarding the item and delivery.
- Forklift Requirements: If the delivery location requires a forklift for unloading, the customer is responsible for securing and paying for the forklift as well as the operator.
Inspection Upon Arrival
Upon arrival, please examine the packaging of your item(s) immediately. If you detect any damage, it is important to note it while signing the Delivery Receipt and keep a copy of the receipt for your records.
